The firm is widely regarded as the pre-eminent litigation practice in the TCI. The firm's litigation team has been involved in most of the major commercial cases, including high profile multi-jurisdictional disputes, in recent years. Our practice includes all aspects of civil and commercial litigation including insolvency, asset tracing, intellectual property disputes, professional negligence, trust litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes and fraud.

The team frequently advises foreign lawyers on matters of TCI law. Members of the team have represented local and international clients in the Supreme Court of the Turks & Caicos Islands, the Court of Appeal of the Turks & Caicos Islands and before the Privy Council in London.
