Our tourism and resort team has considerable experience in the legal aspects of resort development in the Islands including advising on the appropriate corporate structure, negotiating development concessions with the TCI Government, acquisition of resort property, the financing aspects of resort projects, the negotiation and drafting of construction and related contracts, advising on employment law issues, planning law, advice on condominium and time-sharing structures and regulations, and on local immigration law.
